Shipping info

Turnaround times

I aim to dispatch pre-made items such as some plushies and crochet hooks within 1-4 working days, although I try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible!

For customisable items (excluding custom plushies) my turnaround time is approximately 3-7 working days. However, as with pre-made items, I aim to get orders out as soon as possible!

Orders that contain a mix of pre-made and custom items will be dispatched the the custom items are ready, so please refer to those timings for mixed orders!

Most orders however I have made and sent within 3 days of placing the order! Please still refer to the full shipping policy for when you can expect your order, and keep fingers crossed it can be sooner!

Customisable plushie orders I aim to have made the plushie and shipped it within 5-7 business days, but this will vary on my market/ in person events schedule! Please see the full shipping policy for official timescales! If there is any reason for significant delay in your custom plushie order, I will reach out to you asap through the email you used at checkout.

If you need your order in a hurry, please select the "Rush" option in the delivery options at checkout. This is a higher priced option but includes both the shipping fee itself and what I consider to be a rush fee, and if I see that you ave selected "Rush" shipping I will aim to dispatch your order the next working day! (This exclude custom plushies! or custom plushies the "Rush" option will mean I make and dispatch your order within 3-4 business days!)

Shipping policies

All shipping rates are based on weight and size of package. I primarily use Royal Mail to send my orders.

Please note that you will only receive a tracking number if you pay for tracked shipping!

This applies to both UK orders and international orders. I do highly recommend tracked shipping for international orders!

Important note:

I am currently unable to ship to the EU due to the GPSR regulations, but I am working to solve this!

I am currently able to ship to: The United Kingdom, The United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. 

If you are in the USA, your order should not incur tariffs unless it's over $800, but please stay aware of the current laws etc, and if this changes I will do my best to update this page!

If you believe your package is lost...

Please contact me! The best way to reach me quickly is through a DM on Instagram: @harper_crochets , or you can email me at: harper@harpercrochets.com . Please let me know your concern and order number and I will see what I can do!

I will follow the protocol of Royal Mail, which states that mail is lost after 10-13 days after the estimated delivery date. If it has been that time, I am able to file a claim with Royal Mail to be comensated for the lost package. If I am compensated, I am more than happy to refund or replace the lost items! I will remain in contact with you throughout the entire process, keeping you updated on my correspondence with Royal Mail, and the proposed solution.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders before this point, as I would have to pay out of pocket to refund or replace the items that were lost outside of my control! Thank you for your understanding on this <3 

Types of package

I send these three types of package: large letter, small parcel, and medium parcel. For all of these, there are several options that I use: 2nd Class, 1st Class, Tracked 48, Tracked 24.

2nd Class has a delivery expectation time of 2-4 business days.

1st Class has a delivery expectation of 1-3 business days.

Tracked 48 is usually delivered within 48 hours of them (Royal Mail) recieving the package, or 2 days later.

Tracked 24 is usually delivered within 24 hours of them (Royal Mail) receiving the package, or 1 day later.

Returns & refunds info

If your order is lost and you would like a refund/ replacement, please see the above!

If for some reason you aren't happy with your order and would like to return it, it must be in the condition you received it in, and you will need proof of purchase. Successful returns will be refunded in full.

To start a return please contact me at: harper@harpercrochets.com with your order number, and proof of purchase (this can be a confirmation email or receipt or screenshot of a transaction etc!)
