Return policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe the item to be defective, please reach out to me, as a return may not be necessary if there is a legitimate defect that I missed! I am human and errors may be made when quality checking or manufacturing items! Where there is a fault or flaw not advertised, you will be eligible to keep the items and receive a full refund. 

If the item(s) are damaged and you are able to show that any damages were, for example, caused by myself in packaging/ quality control, or in transit caused by the shipping provider, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

If you think you received the wrong item, please check your order confirmation email as a first step! If the item is still wrong, my sincerest apologies! Please then email me at harper7116crochets@gmail.com and I will work to rectify the situation with you!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any custom products (such as special orders or customised items). This is because it was made just for you, and may not be suitable for anyone else! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, "seconds" items, or gift cards.

 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is able to be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
