Turnaround times
Pre-made items (which will be marked as pre-made) will be dispatched within 1-4 working days on average, from the date of purchase. For example an order of exclusively pre-made items placed on a Monday will be dispatched within 4 working days and by Thursday (bank holidays excluded). I will endeavour to get your items dispatched within 1-2 working days, but this is not a guarantee. If you need your pre-made items sooner, please select "Rush" shipping, this will enable me to get your order dispatched within 0-1 working days.
Customisable items (excluding plushies) will be made to order and dispatched within 3-7 working days from order. I will endeavour to get your items dispatched within 2-4 working days, but this is not a guarantee. If you need your pre-made items sooner, please select "Rush" shipping, this will enable me to get your order dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders that contain a mix of pre-made and customisable/ made to order items will be dispatched as per the customisable items dispatch times.
Plushie custom orders will be made to order and dispatched within 5-10 business days. This is because crocheting takes considerably more time than making safety eyes, for example, and I am usually prepping to attend market events along-side any custom orders, so a custom plushie may take me several days to complete. I will endeavour to have your custom plushie made and dispatched ASAP, within 3-7 working days, but this is not a guarantee and will depend on the size of the custom plushie you have ordered!
Shipping policies
General:
All shipping rates are based on weight and service used!
I will usually use Royal Mail to ship all orders, unforeseen circumstances may mean I use a different carrier such as Evri (formerly Hermes). This applies to both UK orders and international orders.
Please note!
I am currently unable to ship to the EU due to the GPSR regulations, my deepest apologies for this, and be assured I am working to rectify this!
My current shipping locations are: The United Kingdom, The United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
Lost or missing mail:
If your order is lost in transit, I will follow the guidance of Royal Mail, which says that orders are officially "lost" after 13 business days, at which point I can submit a claim to be refunded for the lost items. Once I have received compensation from Royal Mail, I will be able to refund or replace your order as you'd prefer. Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders before this point, as I would have to pay out of pocket to refund or replace the items that were lost outside of my control!
