This is a plushie pillow froggy of epic proportions! (See the photo with my hand for scale!) Crocheted with the biggest, thickest blanket yarn I could find and a hook thicker than my finger, this froggy is truly epic and would make a great statement piece on a shelf or pillow on a beautifully made bed!
This is the second giant leggy frog I've ever made and I myself have the first one of these which I made a long time ago used as a pillow/ decorative cushion my bed, and I have to say, that's probably the best use for a froggy this large! It's perfect for a big snuggle in the night and can definitely be used as a pillow for sleeping on! The rectangular shape of the body makes it perfect, and the size of its giant hands and feet are perfect for hand-holding in the night!
Please note: The eyes on this plushie pillow are crocheted and then glued and sewn on, making them safe and secure for little ones, however due to how huge the size of the yarn and hook used, there are gaps in the stitches which could be potential finger traps for children! Please supervise all children when playing with this giant leggy frog, or please use it for decoration/ as a pillow only! Thank you!
